The shuttered window into the beautiful bathroom with a large bath and shower was a nice touch. The AC in the room was good, and the separate bathroom with a standing shower, bath tub, and separate toilet were convenient. However, there were instances of guests treating staff poorly, affecting the overall atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the sea, which I loved. However, it was quite cold in December, and disappointingly, no heater was provided. The service was top-notch with helpful staff, but there was an issue with reservation confusion that soured my experience. The location was perfect, close to the beach and nice restaurants, but there were cleanliness issues in the lobby area. The dining experience was a letdown with stale pastries, but the facilities were good overall.
